I knew this was something I would want to do when I got married because growing up I always admired my moms. The same wonderful lady Marian even did mine, years later. I had my mom drop off my bouquet the day after our wedding (check out our wedding post to see the flowers in full bloom here) so they could be dried right away which keeps them looking good. Once they were dried I went and chose a frame and she showed me how she thought they should be arranged. I selected a gold frame, it suited the flowers so well, and gave it and antiqued look which I love!
I have them hung in our bedroom, and I think it is such a nice piece of art!
